CPSIA Certified, so it is safe on garments for any age. Works on lycra, spandex, cotton, leather, polyester, and blends. Pre-shrink any shirt with cotton content. Use a quick one-second tack application for layering. Apply with firm pressure; preheat fabric for 3 seconds, then apply transfer for 15 seconds.
