PA Vinyl Iron On Roll 12"x 19" Puff White- Create a 3D textured finish with this expanding polyurethane film. Works on cotton, leather, polyester, and blends. Not for nylon or acrylic. CPSIA Certified, safe on garments for any age. Pre-shrink any cotton content. Pressure affects the 3D effect, use medium to high pressure. Allow space for expansion between letters and graphic lines. Preheat fabric for 3 seconds, then apply transfer for 15-20 seconds. Allow 24 hours before washing inside out, tumble dry.
